Welcome to Six14 Design Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any services or products you purchase from us, including graphic design and branding services, photography and videography bookings, digital products, and physical/print products. By using our website, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are: Six14 Design Studio is a faith-rooted creative studio based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, offering graphic design, branding, digital products, photography, and videography services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and ministries.

2. Services We Offer: Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Custom graphic design and branding services
• Photography and videography sessions (e.g., senior sessions, events, brand shoots)
• Digital products (templates, devotionals, ebooks, and similar downloadable items)
• Physical and print products

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for custom work are outlined individually for each project, typically in a quote, invoice, or service agreement provided before work begins.

3. Retainers and Payment: For custom design projects and photography/videography bookings, a retainer may be required to reserve your project date or begin work. Whether a retainer applies, and the amount, varies by project and will be communicated to you before booking.

• Retainers are non-refundable once paid, as they reserve our time and turn away other potential clients for that date or project slot.
• The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or agreement, typically before final delivery of files or before/on the day of a scheduled session.
• Full payment is required upfront where the project does not require a retainer.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. Our general approach:

• Retainers are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
• Remaining balances and rescheduling requests are handled case-by-case — reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll work with you on next steps.
• For photography/videography sessions, late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to reschedule without an additional fee, depending on the circumstances.

5. Digital Products:Digital products (such as templates, devotionals, and downloadable graphics) are delivered electronically. Because these files can be downloaded and used immediately:

• All digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered or made accessible for download.
• We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for digital products except in cases where the file is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from what was advertised.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific product listing, all digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or repurposed for commercial use.

6. Physical and Print Products

• Please review product descriptions, sizing, and proofs (if applicable) carefully before completing your order, as custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

7. Photography and Videography Sessions

• Session bookings are confirmed once any required retainer is received.
• Final edited images/video will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at booking, which can vary based on session type and current workload.
• Raw, unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
• Use of session images/footage for our portfolio or marketing is addressed separately through a model release or written consent, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• All design work, photography, videography, and digital products created by Six14 Design Studio remain the intellectual property of Six14 Design Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive a license to use final deliverables for the purpose agreed upon at the time of purchase or contract (e.g., personal use, business branding, social media).
• Reselling, redistributing, or repurposing our designs, templates, or media for purposes beyond what was agreed upon is not permitted without written consent.
• Six14 Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media unless a client has specifically requested otherwise in writing.

9. Client Responsibilities: To keep your project on track, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback, content, and any materials needed to complete the project
• Responding to communications in a reasonable timeframe
• Reviewing proofs, drafts, or previews carefully before final approval

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may affect delivery timelines.

10. Limitation of Liability: Six14 Design Studio strives to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, missed events, or third-party platform issues (such as payment processing delays through GoDaddy).

11. Changes to Services or Terms: We may update these Terms, our offerings, or our pricing at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
